Final entries must be received by Monday, March 12th.

Coaches should send team entry form, check for fees, and individual waiver forms for their team by March 12th for all qualified gymnasts.

Gymnasts who still need one qualifying score should also be listed and noted on the team entry form. If the gymnast receives the needed score at her districts, the wavier and fees will be due by March 26, 2007.

An auxiliary gym will be available for open stretch.

The final schedule will be determined by April 2, 2007, at which time it wiil be posted on the website and mailed to your preferred contact address. A final schedule cannot be determined until all final entries are received on March 26, 2007.

The meet will be run as a 2-paneled meet. Tentative plan is for all the Level 6-9’s to compete on Saturday and all the Level 5’s to compete on Sunday. Please note that not all level 5 and 6 age groups will see the same panel of judges as approved by the zone committee. The competition on format is TBD. This tentative schedule is based on the current Zone participation numbers.

Gymnasts, please arrive at the Fairfield High School 30 minutes before your session is to start. If any of these sessions are ready to start early, we want to be able to start them immediately following the previous session. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Coaches may get their meet packet, gymnast gifts, and team apparel orders on Friday, April 20 between 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Fairfield High School. On the day of the meet, coaches can pick up their meet packet and team items in the Auxiliary Gym.

Gymnast registration will be in the main lobby where they will receive their ID badges. They will need to show their ID badge in order to enter the gymnasium.

The awards ceremony will be held in the cafeteria.

• Medals will be awarded for 1st through 12th place on individual events.
• Trophies will be awarded for 1st through 12th place in all-around competition.
• Team trophies will be awarded for overall levels and for age group by level.
